Last week, I’ve launched new project – Binge Waste. It’s a fun micro-site that shows you how you can better spend your time instead of binge-watching TV shows.
The premise is simple – binge-watching is wasting your time, time you could spend doing something to move your life forward. So, I created the site to remind myself of that.
I’ve used the amazing dataset from TVmaze to retrieve playing duration of many TV shows. As usual, I’ve started with the amazing ShipFa.st boilerplate as my starting point. sprinkled some TailwindCSS and shadcn for a clean look and feel. Et-voila!
After the initial launch, I’ve added a few extra pages – a dedicated page for each show and each genre, added some details on each show, etc.
I’ll keep adding more suggestions for productive activities as I think of them.
