September was a month of contrasts – while some projects saw traffic dips after summer highs, others surged ahead with real momentum. With the school year starting and ongoing SEO experiments settling, the numbers paint an interesting picture of what’s working and what still needs tuning.
I’ve spent some time on my Unity Assets, and not just my web projects. I hope to get some traction with them, since they cover the expenses of my other projects for now.
I’ve also started working on a new project called Asset Nudge, that helps Unity Asset publishers optimize their Unity Asset Store listings.

Calculation Hub
Visit website: https://calculation-hub.com/
After a strong August, Calculation Hub saw a sharp drop this month — likely tied to search reindexing after recent technical changes.
Page views and engagement fell sharply, but clicks were up nearly 190%, which means the site is showing up in front of more relevant users.
October will be key to seeing whether this dip is temporary or part of a broader adjustment period.
During Septembe, I’ve improved a few of the calculators, but the most impactful change was adding support for embedding – you can use HTML or JavaScript to embed any calculator from the site into your own pages. Hopefully, this will help drive traffic to the site.

Random Generatr
Visit website: https://randomgeneratr.com/
A breakout month for Random Generatr – everything is trending up.
Traffic more than quadrupled, engagement rose 52%, and clicks finally started rolling in.
Recent additions of new generators, articles and metadata optimizations are clearly paying off.
In September I’ve resolved my issues reported by AHrefs, added the following generators:
- Dog names
- Cat names
- Horse names
- Wolf names
- Super hero & Villain names
- Star trek names
- Alien names
- Robots names
- Spaceships names
- Schools and Hospitals names
- Twitch channel name
- Indian/Hindu names
- Portuguese names
I’ve selected the above generators based on keyword research, and expected impressions and page views. Let’s see if that brings the expected results.
I’ve also added the following articles, to help with SEO:
- 500+ Best Demon Names and Ideas for Dark Characters
- 120+ Star Trek Character Names: Ultimate Guide to Trek Names

Shibutz

Shibutz continues to grow steadily as schools reopen.
Traffic and engagement were up significantly – 34% and 40% respectively – and clicks rose 67%.
Although impressions dipped, that’s offset by improved CTR, showing more qualified visitors are reaching the site.
In the last month, I’ve implemented Schemas in various pages, which should help SEO. I’ve also fixed various issues reported by AHrefs. I added FAQs to the free tools, and added internal links. I’ve also added a Compliance page, which should help with building trust.

| Google Analytics Page Views | 1,317 | 982 | +34.1% |
| Google Analytics User Engagement Events | 3,817 | 2,719 | +40.4% |

ASCII Art Generator
Visit website: https://ascii-images.com/
After several strong months, ASCII Images cooled down in September.
Traffic and engagement dropped, reflecting seasonal usage changes and ongoing index adjustments.
Still, clicks rose 27%, which is encouraging – users who find it are engaging deeper.
Other than fixing a few issues reported by AHrefs, I haven’t invested too much in this project in September.
| Stat | Current | Previous | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics Page Views | 355 | 1,087 | -67.3% |
| Google Analytics User Engagement Events | 3,325 | 8,263 | -59.8% |
| Google Total Impressions | 4,671 | 6,510 | -28.2% |
| Google Total Clicks | 98 | 77 | +27.3% |
Personality Tests
Visit website: https://personal-tests.com/
The clear winner of September.
Personality Tests exploded with traffic – +758% in views and +860% in engagement – even though impressions were down. It’s a sign the site is connecting strongly with the audience it does reach, likely due to the new structured test layouts and schema markup.
I’ve spent some time on this project in the beginning of September, including adding an About pages for each test – that should help with SEO and keywords. I’ve also added Schema and FAQs in various pages. I added a blog, with some posts, mostly comparing different tests – these usually perform well with SEO.
| Stat | Current | Previous | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics Page Views | 549 | 64 | +757.8% |
| Google Analytics User Engagement Events | 1,900 | 198 | +859.6% |
| Google Total Impressions | 1,389 | 2,431 | -42.9% |
| Google Total Clicks | 4 | 0 | +100.0% |
Cursive Generation
Visit website: https://cursive-generation.com/
A mixed month for Cursive Generation.
Traffic dropped sharply after a high August, but impressions skyrocketed nearly 3,000%, hinting at improved indexing.
Engagement remained flat, showing that those who arrive are still interacting well. October could see a rebound if rankings stabilize.
As in other projects, I’ve fixed many issues reported by AHrefs – that usually helps with indexing and visibility of the site. I’ve added the ability to favorite settings, for future use.
I added a few statistics and trust-building elements, to increase engagement. I’ve also merged various pages, and most importantly, added a Tools page (with affiliate links for monetization of the site).
| Stat | Current | Previous | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics Page Views | 560 | 2,539 | -77.9% |
| Google Analytics User Engagement Events | 4,409 | 4,453 | -1.0% |
| Google Total Impressions | 307 | 10 | +2,970.0% |
| Google Total Clicks | 1 | 0 | +100.0% |
Bike Size
Visit website: https://bike-size.com/
Bike Size continues its climb as one of the strongest projects.
Despite a 32% drop in raw traffic, engagement rose nearly 40% and impressions exploded by 1,600% – clear evidence of stronger SEO positioning.
A couple of new calculators or visuals could push it to its next growth stage.
I’ve spent some time to add content to the existing calculators. Along with Schemas and FAQs, and the AHRefs issues being resolved, I assume that helps with the indexing and impressions. I also added a couple of new articles.
| Stat | Current | Previous | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics Page Views | 1,940 | 2,843 | -31.8% |
| Google Analytics User Engagement Events | 5,888 | 4,231 | +39.2% |
| Google Total Impressions | 1,466 | 84 | +1,645.2% |
| Google Total Clicks | 6 | 0 | +100.0% |
Summary
September was a month of stabilization after the summer traffic highs. The projects are settling into their natural rhythms, with some emerging as clear long-term winners.
As I’m spending my time on the new project, as well as releasing updated versions of my Unity Assets, I’ll keep updating the existing projects at a slower pace (unless I get some real traction in any of them).
