Itay Sagui is a seasoned Software Engineer based in Israel, where he lives with his family. Currently, he works at Microsoft in the Azure Data Explorer team, focusing on Control Plane tasks like Azure ARM and cluster creation, and leads development on the Power BI connector. With a rich background that includes a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University (2005) and over a decade at Tzunami Inc., where he rose to VP of R&D, Itay brings a wealth of experience to his role. Beyond his professional life, Itay has a passion for game development, creating assets and mobile games using Unity in his free time. He's also an avid reader of science fiction and fantasy, and competes in powerlifting. Itay is open to connections on social media, inviting engagement from those interested in technology, game development, or just keen on following his journey.
